PATEK PHILLIPE GOLD WATCH
This gold watch and gold bracelet are birthday gifts from Prince Charles. In most pictures of Diana before her divorce, this is the watch she used often.

THE SWISS FEDERAL REPUBLIC'S WATCH
This diamond watch was a wedding present from QEII. I haven't found a picture of it just yet. It is featured in Leslie Field's book on p.79 but my scanner is on the fritz at the moment. Perhaps it's the next one I have listed.
DIAMOND-STRAP WATCH
This is a huge assumption on my part since she's wearing it on her left wrist while her right wrist is free from jewelry.

18K YELLOW GOLD CARTIER TANK FRANCAISE WATCH
After her divorce, this is the watch she wore often. Princes William and Harry made a visit to Kensington Palace and selected one item each from their mother's possessions. Prince Harry chose the ring and Prince William chose his mother's 18K yellow gold Cartier Tank Francaişe watch.

From 'The Divided Prince' p.230 by Christopher Andersen, Vanity Fair 20th Anniversary Issue pp.221-252, September 2003
" ...Four months after the funeral, it was Burrell who opened the black front door to Kensington Palace and welcomed the boys for one last walk through the apartments they had shared with their mother. William shook Burrell's hand, but "Harry ran across and hugged me," the butler recalled. "He knew my heart was breaking as much as theirs." Then, as a tearful Harry held on tight to Burrell, they walked from room to room, picking out mementos to take with them to their new rooms at St. James's Palace. Among other things, William chose the Cartier Tank watch that the Princess always wore - a gift from her father, the eight Earl Spencer. Harry picked out the sapphire-and-diamond engagement ring given by Charles to the blushing "Shy Di" when she was just 19."
DIAMOND WATCH
From 'The Queen's Jewels' p. 36 by Leslie Field, 1987
"...Another wedding gift to the Princess of Wales was a diamond evening watch from Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak-al-Nayiyan of the United Arab Emirates."
I have no idea what this watch looks like. If anyone has any information, it would be greatly appreciated. It could be the diamond-strap watch I mentioned above but really, I have no clue.
DIAMOND SAPPHIRE WATCH
From 'The Queen's Jewels' p. 147 by Leslie Field, 1987
"...The Princess also owns a diamond and sapphire watch, which was presented to her at the 1983 International Spring Fair in Birmingham."
I have no idea what this watch looks like. If anyone has any information, it would be greatly appreciated.
